Return and Refund Policy – Fragancias 3Y

At Fragancias 3Y, we strive to offer 100% original products in perfect condition. Due to the nature of the items (fragrances and cosmetics, considered personal-use and flammable products), our policies are aligned with international standards and current U.S. regulations.

1. Eligible Products for Return

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and with the security seal intact.
  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The return is pre-approved by our team.

2. Cases Eligible for Refund

A refund may be requested if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective during shipping.
  • The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
  • The order was confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier.

In all other cases, sales are considered final.

3. Exclusions from Return and Refund

  • Opened, used fragrances or products without the original seal.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as “final sale.”
  • Returns requested outside the specified time frame.
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper storage.
  • Packages sent back without prior authorization.

4. Return and Refund Procedure

The customer must request authorization by emailing fraganciastresy@gmail.com with the following:

  • Order number.
  • Product(s) to be returned.
  • Reason for return or evidence in case of damage/error (photos or videos).

Deadlines:

  • Notification of damage or error: within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Return of sealed products: within 14 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is attributable to Fragancias 3Y.

5. Inspection and Processing

  • All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our facilities.
  • Processing may take up to 7 business days after receiving the product.
  • Refunds will be credited within an additional 7 to 10 business days, depending on the financial institution.
  • A partial refund may apply if the product is incomplete or packaging has been altered.

6. Rejected or Undelivered Shipments

  • If a package is reported lost by the carrier, the customer may choose between a refund or a replacement.
  • If the package is rejected or undelivered due to an incorrect address, absence, or customer refusal:
    • Only the product amount will be refunded once the package is returned to us.
    • Shipping and return costs will be deducted.

7. Shipping and Restrictions

Returns must be sent using authorized ground shipping methods (UPS Ground, USPS Ground, FedEx Ground), due to the flammable nature of fragrances. At this time, we only process orders and returns within the United States.

8. Legal Compliance

These policies apply in all cases unless the legislation of the state of purchase or marketplace regulations (Amazon, Meta Commerce, TikTok Shop) require more favorable conditions for the consumer.
